1. Shipping Locations
MacGuru offers shipping to addresses within New Zealand. We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Rates and Options
We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. Flat rate of $30.
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days. Flat rate of $70.
3. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information.
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the shipping date.
- Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 1-2 business days from the shipping date.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or remote delivery locations.

- Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or delivery issues. MacGuru is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at 0800 622 349. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through the carrier’s website.
8. Delivery Issues

- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately at 0800 622 349. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
